Psychologists Help
People with
Everyday Problems

Many people have an unrealistic or distorted view of what psychology is, and how a psychologist can help people.

The reality is that we help people with everyday problems such as stress in the work place, work or personal relationship difficulties, parenting difficulties, child & adolescent behavioural problems, etc; and not so everyday problems such as mental health issues, victims of crime, trauma, sexual offending, drug & alcohol issues, grief & loss, family law matters, criminal matters, etc.

Our expertise is in understanding the way people’s thoughts, emotions, feelings, attitudes, and personality affects their behaviour; and we work with people to set goals and find ways to make sustainable positive change.

With respect to Assessments, our expertise is in interviewing individual’s in a way that gathers and extracts the most useful, truthful, and forensically relevant information in order to report this information in a way that individuals, Court’s and other relevant professionals can understand, and in a way that is as useful and forensically helpful as possible. In short, our reports tell the story of the person in question in a way that the reader can fully understand.
